How to start home tuition business.
Home tuition is defined as tuition activity done at home. The time is flexible. And no tax.
The first thing that you need is knowledge. Knowledge is the main capital of this business. The better knowledge or the more variety of knowledge you have, more things you can teach.
Secondly, you need to market yourself. Marketing is important in order to let people know that you are running the business. There a lot of ways to market yourself. Marketing is an art. It depends on creativity and innovativity. One place you can do marketing is through internet. You can promote yourself through Mudah.my. A famous marketplace website yet in Malaysia. Or you can distribute flyers to people. Putting ads on the car under the wiper. You also can paste advertisement at marketable places. Degree of marketable depends on number of people walk at the place. The main thing is to make people attracted to your ad. There are many ways you can do marketing. Like I said, marketing is an art. The words used in advertisement matter. You need to use nice, positive and professional words.
Thirdly, after marketing, you need to pray to God. All blessings and rezeki from Allah.
Fourthly, you will receive a call. Answer the call. Explain to the customers, usually parents, on the policy of your business. The price. Time. Sessions. Place. Reachability. A bit of your reputation. Manifesto. Your mission and vision for your students. You passion. Remember certificates are not all. You need to have sincere heart to teach. You have to assure the customer that you will do your best to make the students better.
When you have the deal. Then, you can start. You need to prepare the materials and do the teaching. Presentation matters. Your appearance matters. Try to have the corporate culture. Have a good relationship with customers. Give good service because people pay for good service. People will pay more for excellent service. The principle is do not sell broken materials. If you accidentally sell broken materials, take the loss, and replace it with the new one. Clean and quality business.
One more thing, you need a reliable tranport. Motorcycle or car. And you have to pray when you are trying to reach the destination. Anything can happen. You just need to do the best on the road with doa.
Another thing, when you get your first salary, don't forget to leave aside some money for your friends and parents. Do charity as a symbol of grateful. Don't be stingy to share something.
Then, use the money wisely, buy something which are worthied to buy.
Lastly, all the best.
Salam.

Desaru Part 3

After the tyre replacement, we continued our long journey to Johor Bharu. We were heading to UTM(Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Aliff had friends there so we could get free accomodation in their hostel. We passed the security guard check haha by just pretending being a student. We went to Kolej Tuanku Jaafar and met a friend called Hatim Hayyan. He is a friendly person. We had some break and nap.
In the evening we went to Danga Bay to enjoy the scenery there.
For the first time in my life, i see Singapore in front of my eyes. Just across the Tebrau Cellate. I made another history. Such a very2 busy road. I hate Johor Bharu. I miss the calm and peaceful roads of Melaka. We watched Drift Show. hmm.. nice stunts. The sound of screeching tyres amazed me so as the smell of burning tyres.and for the first time, i see a Hummer. A US made car with strong body and good safety. Then, we headed to City Square. We watched The Gulliver's Travel. We laughed a lot. Before that, we had our dinner at a food court. I ate nice blackpepper grilled chicken with rice. err..
Then, we were tired and we decided to have a break at a restaurant but I lost their tracks. They were so fast. My bike is just a Honda Wave 100. hmm... i called them. They traced me. And we decided to eat at another restaurant. We chit chatted for a while. Then, we moved back to UTM.
We tried to use the back entrance but unfortunately, there was a security guard known as Pak Cik Misai spotted our alien identity. oops.. we negotiate with another guard and he said,"You go to the main entrance. Probably, you can pass them." He grinned. hihi... ok thnk ya.
We went to main entrance yipie... passed. We headed to the hostel. Before that Aliff brought me round UTM to see the marvels of the university. A huge place. There is a stadium. Nice field. I think i would get lost without the guidance of the ex-UTM. But i believe UTeM is better because of the nice and simple architecture. Not much trees. and the life in Melaka is simpler. hihi... ok then we headed to the hostel. We had our breaks then we moved to the futsal court to play with UTM students. They were ok.. and friendly. They can play as long as possible. Nu curfue.
After a few hours, we headed back to hostel. We took our bath. We chit chatted for while. Aliff played dota. And off to sleep. khorr...
MOrniinngg!!! ok you must be wondering what happen to the hotdogs... actually our hotdogs were not used for the BBQ. Instead, we asked the chef in a restaurant to cook it hahaha.. ok we had our breakfast at a Restaurant. I mean brunch. We chit chat will aliff's friends and we bid our farewell. We were heading back home. MELakaakaa...
Journey home is another story. OK .. aliff brought us to his relative's home but unfortunately they are not at home. We moved to Machap. We had some break and engine breaks. The weather was not good. It was raining. But we just had to go through. Then, we continued our journey. We arrived at Pagoh. We had some break.
Then, the last part was to Ayer Keroh. We were persevered to reach home. Ejat had to take the exit to Merlimau because it is near to Merlimau. His current institution. We stopped a bid farewell. We cheered. We hugged and shook hands. Aliff anf I went straight to Ayer Keroh toll.
As we arrived there we shouuutt... yiihaaaa.... Ayer Keroh bebeehh.... Aliff said "Very nice journey man. We made it!." We were touched and grateful with the home arrival. Thank you Allah. Thank you Allah. You gave us problems but you never forgot to give us solutions. So my friends. Go travel and gain experience because we cant buy experience. Travelling is better than buying BMW. End.

Desaru Part 2

Arrived at Desaru Yeay... we went around the beach. Took pictures. But suprisingly, no people. err... like a ghost town. Just a few living hotels and some dead hotels. I couldnt believe it. Empty Desaru beach. I heard that people die while swimming in the seawater due to sudden deep water the sea. Err.. ok next mission we need to find a place to sleep. We surveyed some hotels near the beach but too expensive for our affordability. Then, we gave up on Desaru. We tried to find Hotels in Bandar Penawar.
Yihie. Bandar Penawar. The same thing. Ghost Town. Ghost People. Peaceful but freaky. Not many cars. Not many people. We had our dinner at a restaurant and discussed our next agenda since the planned agenda kinda failed.
After an hour discussion, we decided to go to Johor Bharu.
We moved at around 9pm. We had to move back to Kulai.
Then, another problem occurred. My back tyre flatted in the middle of the never end road. I was stressed up. We had some break and discussed the solution. So we decided to take the exit to Kota Tinggi and try to find foreman. I waited at the Pasar Borong while my friends Aliff and Ejat were searching for foreman.
Foreman not found but they got a solution. They decided to chech in a hotel at Kota Tinggi and stay for a night. They surveyed some hotels and found the cheapest one RM55 a night. yihi... with air conditioned? wow... indeed worthied. So, i slowly and carefull rode my bike with extreme terrain and stunts. Huhu... we arrived safely at the hotel.
We unpacked our stuffs in a room and took a little break. On the groud floor, suprisingly, there was a Dangdut Cafe for the old men to enjoy. Owh man.. i was suprised to see old men danced enthusiastically and euphorically with some indonesian girls. Ok.. i was not going to join. Just observing.
Then, we went around Kota Tinggi to look at night life. Ok nothing interesting. Almost no police. Thats why the dangdut can operate very well. hmm... we had some break at a mamak stall. Watched some football.
We were sleepy and moved to our suite. We talked and laughed for a while refreshing the past memories huhu... and off to dreams. The room was so cold and we had to fight for the blanket share. huhu...
Morninggg!!! ok ... we woke up and danced and took our bath. We chit chat for a while. Then, we moved down floor to check out. RM55 .. we searched for a foreman and found one. I borrowed Aliff RM300 for a pair of tubeless tyres. The first tubeless tyres in my life. I enjoyed the tires. While waiting for the replacement process, we had our breakfast at the Mamak. Actually, 'Brunch' breakfast and lunch. Nice food. After a while, we went back to foreman to get back my bike. Walaa... new beautiful gold rim and tubeless tyres. OK.
To be continued Desaru Part 3..
The Politics

i can't believe that Malays fight with Malays. The famous fight of course between UMNO and PAS.. why they hate each other.. Islam teach us not to fight between brothers. Love your brothers. Nak gaduh boleh tentang isu ape2... but dalam gelanggang sahaja. Luar gelanggang kite bersalaman kerana kita berkongsi satu kalimah syahadah asyhadualla ila haillalllah, waasyhaduannamuhammammadurasulullah.
Why we should fight. why we should fight. The kafiruns are happy to see us fighting among ourselves. What is wrong is wrong, what is right is right. Fight with the objective to achieve one solution.

Dr Mahathir at UTeM
This is the man. The man of Malaysia. Make me pround of being Malaysian. He came to UTeM on 20th of January 2011.
For the first time seeing him, i was delighted. My heart dub dab. I could'nt believe that i would be seeing a legend in front of my eyes. The person who spoke at UN conference. OIC and lots of other giant conference of the world.
The moment he stepped into the hall, i tried to get his signature but failed. but anyway, i got it at the end huhu.. i had to fight with his bodyguards to get his signature.
In the opening session, the President of PPM(Persatuan Pemikir Muda) was bad because of bad addressing.
Then, the speech of Mahathir. hoho.. everyone silenced.
Genereally, his speech is about how to build a great nation. How to improve the youth. He talked in terms of knowledge, culture, history and etc. His speech was interesting. People listened and took notes.
As conclusion, he is a great leader. A knowledgeable leader. Someone with vision and mission.
But he didnt say anything about One Malaysia. hmm... fishy..
So insyaallah... i'll do my best for myself, family, community, and nation.
Malaysia Boleh!
